Ark Tategamori holds a variety of events every autumn as part of its Customer Appreciation Festival.

In 2024, we will be holding events throughout the month of September as a new month to express our gratitude to our customers!

This time we will introduce two events that will be held at the farm market.

Starting at 12:00 on Saturday, September 14th, we will be holding a special sale of freshly made bacon.

This is a masterpiece made by slowly smoking Tategamori Highland pork belly with cherry wood chips.

The flavors of lean meat and fat are in perfect harmony, giving it a deep taste.

The chewy texture that can only be enjoyed when it's freshly made is irresistible...!! Please enjoy!

Also, on September 15th, the second Tategamori Highland Pig butchering show will be held this month.

It's a spectacular sight to see half of a huge Tategamori Highland Pig being butchered right before your eyes!

We will also be selling items that are unique to demonstration and sales events that are not normally sold, so please come and enjoy♪
