Hello everyone. My name is Keitaro Nakamura and I am in charge of vegetables.
This time, we will introduce the summer vegetables grown at Ark Tategamori.
The first is the tomato.
The photo shows a medium-sized tomato variety called Frutica, which is characterized by its low acidity and sweetness that exceeds its sugar content. We also grow two other types of cherry tomatoes.
Next up is eggplant.
The Shikibu variety is characterized by its low bitterness and thin, soft skin.
And here are green peppers.
This variety is called Kyoyutaka and is characterized by its thick flesh and high storage stability.
This time, I introduced 3 types of nightshade vegetables with photos!
The hot days continue, but how are you feeling? It is said that summer vegetables have the effect of lowering the perceived temperature, so let's eat summer vegetables and overcome the heat!
