Hello everyone, it's been a while. This is Kosei from the bakery.

As mentioned in the title, Mannenrou is the Japanese name for rosemary.

Rosemary is characterized by a sweet and refreshing fragrance emitted by its long, slender evergreen branches and leaves, and has been widely used in cooking, as a flavoring, and as a medicine since ancient times. In addition, because the leaves remain green even in winter, it is also called "manenro" (long-lasting green).

We are now selling a new product in our bakery that uses rosemary, which is refreshing and perfect for summer. It's called "Rosemary Fromage."

This product is a bread that allows you to enjoy the aroma of herbs, including farm-grown rosemary and organic olive oil, and the gently sweet dough brings out the two aromas even more.
