The scorching hot days continue. Are you planning on going on a trip during the Obon holidays this year?

Hello everyone!

This is Kimura from Restaurant Tills at Ark Tategamori!

This is my second year with the company, and it has been six months since I was assigned to the restaurant full-time in February of this year.

Now I make non-main dishes in the second kitchen. Sometimes I join in the first kitchen to make the main dishes, making omelets. At first I couldn't roll omelets well, but after lots of practice I can now roll them well.

In the future, I would like to work hard to learn the main dishes from the first kitchen little by little so that I can make all of the dishes.

And my goal is to become a chef.

I would like to use all the knowledge and skills I have learned from school in Tokyo and France, training at Michelin-star restaurants, and eating my way around the country to create dishes that will please my customers.

I am still inexperienced, but as a young chef,

I hope to continue learning many things and creating the best cuisine.
