While watching customers happily shopping in the butcher room located in the center of Ark Tategamori Farm Market, I noticed that there were several photo spots inside the store.

When I see that smile, I feel healed and warm, I'm so smitten I can't concentrate on my work (lol), but it gives me the strength to do my best!!

I'm not trying to be funny, but I tried decorating the roses with Tategamori Highland pork belly.

It was surprisingly well received, with some customers even pointing their cameras at it.

It is located in the order cut showcase, so please ring the bell to call it.

For your information, please place frozen meat products in the refrigerator the day before you plan to eat them and thaw them slowly at low temperature before cooking and eating them.
Thawing meat through sudden temperature changes, such as thawing at room temperature, can cause severe damage to the meat and significantly reduce its original taste and flavor.
If you forget to defrost the food the day before (like I do all the time), and have to defrost it on the day, it is best to defrost it in ice water if possible. If you still don't have time, it is best to defrost it in running water.
