Apparently it takes about three weeks to complete!
It is low in fat and has a moist, juicy taste.
And of course, we do not use any phosphates, preservatives or food additives.
I am in charge of shipping ham and sausages every day.
Recently, production of Hambon de Paris has not kept up with demand,
