Hello!
My name is Nishiguchi and I'm in my third year at Hanaizumi Farm's pig farming division.

Last year was my first year as a working professional.
Since I only participated in club activities until junior high school, it's been a really long time since I've had juniors.
The most common feeling was anxiety and worry.
However, throughout the year, we thought about how best to convey this message, and how to convey it in a way that would be easy to understand.
I think the biggest growth I've seen is being able to be more creative.

Now that I'm in my second year as a senior, I feel less anxious and worried than I did last year.
Of course, I'd be lying if I said I had no problems at all, but I think that this year of experience has made me stronger.
And when I see my juniors working hard every day, I'm inspired to work hard too.

My duties have changed since this spring.
Don't let the energy of your juniors get the better of you!
And as I tackle each new task carefully, I will do my best to become an all-rounder🌸✨
