Hello! This is Sasaki from the General Affairs Department.

Spring is in full bloom at Ark Tategamori, and recruitment activities (or job hunting from the students' perspective) have already begun for next spring!

Just recently, we invited a student who was applying to work for our company from among many other companies, gave a tour of our facilities, and then conducted the first round of selection.

From the perspective of a recruiter, the thing you want to avoid the most is having new employees think, "This isn't what I expected..." A mismatch after joining the company.

If you have taken the opportunity to choose our company, we want you to be able to see, feel, and understand everything before proceeding with your selection, so we provide a tour of our facilities prior to the selection process.

I'm a little nervous about how people will feel this time, but I'll do my best to present our company in a natural way!
