What do you do to relax?
Lately, I feel very comfortable when I'm taking a bath.
There are parts of me that are sensitive to cold, but I can relax in a warm bath.
We have incorporated lavender to further enhance that relaxing time!
I use lavender salt in the bath, and then apply lavender lotion and emulsion after I get out.
The relaxing effect of warm water + lavender makes you feel very calm ♪
It also has the effect of relieving headaches, menstrual pain, muscle pain, abdominal pain, etc.
I used to have headaches, but I feel like they have decreased recently...! !
