This year was a mild winter, making it a much more pleasant winter than usual.
As a butcher, I usually learn how to arrange and cut meat for shipping and stores. More and more, I find that even the most detailed work, such as how to arrange or cut food, is beautiful.
During work, we put a lot of effort into hygiene and cleaning, and we make sure to keep the work area clean at all times.
From now on, I will continue to grow under the guidance of my seniors!
