It's been a year since I joined ARK, and I was able to gain a lot of experience that I wouldn't have had at a normal restaurant.

The most terrifying period was during Golden Week. Since it was the first Golden Week after the reopening, the market, restaurant, and park were crowded with customers.

I entered the field without knowing what was right and what was left, and worked day by day working with the chef and other senior staff to make improvements, and was able to successfully complete Golden Week.

During the next Golden Week, all of our staff will work together to highlight areas that could not be improved or areas that could be improved upon, so as not to cause any inconvenience to our customers.
