In order to post this blog, I made a hotpot tonight, and I was surprised at how delicious it was.

For the meat, I used cut-off pieces of Tategamori Kogen pork. I thought, ``Everything goes together in a hot pot,'' but I ended up with a well-balanced hot pot with a spicy soup, elegant sweet fat unique to highland pork, and soft, flavorful lean meat. .

I think there are still many possibilities for Tategamori Kogen pork. I would like everyone to try it for a hotpot meal to enjoy with their loved ones, or for a slightly rich dinner.
