At the latest bakery! before that. How have you all been? It's gotten a lot colder lately, so are you feeling unwell due to the change in temperature? By the way, I am full of energy despite the cold!

Returning to the topic, recently the bakery has been working on developing new products. We are developing new products under the guidance of culinary expert Megumi Onodera, and we are going through trial and error to find out what kind of products we can create that will please everyone.

As the first step of our new product, we have started selling new croissants from today! This is a croissant that everyone and I have longed for. Croissants are quite difficult to make and take a long time to complete. However, because we wanted everyone to be happy, we took our time and made no compromises, and finally completed it, and now it's on sale today!

It has an elegant finish with a buttery scent, so if you see croissants lined up at the store, please buy it. As a tip to make it delicious, when you eat it at home, try lightly baking it in the oven and reheating it before eating. You can taste it freshly baked.

We will continue to develop new products, starting with croissants, so please look forward to it!
