In the six months since I joined ARK, many things have surprised me, but I would like to write about the most shocking one in this blog.

Most of Ark's own products are made by our employees, who carefully modify each item one by one.

for example

･Herb salt

・Sweets and lotions using lavender

･Ginjo miso pickles

Etc.

We even bundle, dry, and pick the herbs ourselves. It's a lot of work, but I think the appeal of ARK is that you get to be involved in each and every product!
