Starting this year, 250g extra-thick "Tonkatsu" will be available on the weekday menu at "Restaurant Til's" located on the farm.

What's so amazing about this pork cutlet is that everything is made on a farm.

The pork is of course the hearty 250g Tategamori Kogen Pork.

Bring the meat to room temperature and coat it with eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs.

Naturally, the eggs we use are fertilized Nera eggs that are grazed on our farm, and the flour we use for our bread is Southern Wheat, which is grown without pesticides and grown on our farm.

At this point, this is probably the only home-made tonkatsu offered in Japan, and the lard used to fry the tonkatsu is also made from 100% Tategamori Kogen pork fat.

Although this tonkatsu is full of volume, it is a light dish that can be eaten easily by men and women of all ages.

Full of the original deliciousness of the meat, no need for sauce or salt

Because it is extremely thick, it takes some time to fry it over low heat when frying it in lard, but it is a masterpiece that you should definitely try.
