Only the final selection remains for recruitment activities targeting students who will graduate next spring.

Meanwhile, I visited the career centers of each university in order to finalize by next month the recruitment activity schedule for students who are scheduled to graduate next spring.

Starting this year, job hunting schedules have changed significantly, so we visited four schools and held business negotiations to exchange information among students, schools, and companies.

Exchange of information is also an important task for both schools and companies to eliminate the ``mismatch'' in employment.
