Lately, a cool autumn-like breeze has been blowing in Iwate, and I think I've been able to overcome the intense heat.
Now that vegetables are in season, I would like to introduce ``Okura'' from among the summer vegetables. Okura is a vegetable that can be used in a variety of ways, including salads, stir-fries, and pickles. The farm uses okra to sell vegetables at the market, cook food at the restaurant, and even on Yamabato flights. There were days when we had pickled okra in our office lunches as the days continued to be hot. It also helps prevent summer fatigue, so why not try making something like okra natto on a hot day?
