These days, there are more and more warm days, and it feels like spring is coming.
White peacocks on the farm.
The breeding season for peacocks is from March to late June.
During the breeding season, the female lays eggs, and the male spreads his proud wings to court the female.
Once the breeding season is over and the female starts incubating eggs, the male's decorative feathers are no longer needed and they gradually fall out. Males spreading their wings and flapping their wings is a behavior that can only be seen from spring to early summer.
The white peacocks at the farm have also begun to spread their wings and appeal to females in anticipation of the spring weather.
"Look! I'm cool, right?"
The chicks that hatched last year have grown considerably and are imitating adults (lol)
Ah, spring is almost here. It was a scene at the ranch that made me feel that way.
Would you like to come to the ranch to find spring?
