Ark Group has been conducting 5S activities for three years.
5S stands for ``Sort, Set in order, Clean, Cleanliness, and Discipline.''
Through 5S activities, we work within a limited time to achieve ``solve various problems,'' ``cost reduction,'' ``quality assurance,'' ``production maintenance,'' and ``human resource development.''
So, what does the farm department do?
A shelf at a vegetable shipping area. Things were a mess...
Farm department staff did a deep cleaning...
We gathered the tools, labeled them, and fixed them in place.
In addition to that, we also organize farm materials in their proper locations, clean management vehicles, and organize rest rooms.
In the case of the farm department, we have a large amount of greenhouses, material sheds, and materials, so improvements are being made steadily, albeit slowly compared to other departments. I would like to continue to improve the management system of the farm department through 5S.
By the way, changing the topic, during the winter, the farm department is working on producing various items in preparation for the full-fledged spring season.
At the plant shop, we made materials for hanging planters. The photo shows the material being painted.
This is a planter made from scrap wood for planting flowers. I think you can also see this at a plant shop.
This table uses the flat part of a barrel for the top and tree branches for the bottom, but doesn't it look very stylish? ? This is scheduled to be placed at the main spot in the venue, so please keep an eye out for it! !
The footsteps of spring are steadily approaching.
The buds of the tulips are starting to appear above the ground, and I think the spring flowers are also starting to prepare.
This year, the farm department is planning to update the flowers, vegetables, and what's going on inside the farm one by one on our blog and Facebook, so please be sure to check it out before you visit! !
