Ham and sausage are now a staple on the dining table.
Ham can be sliced and added to salads, sandwiched between breads, or eaten as is, but sausages and bacon are often eaten heated, such as grilled or boiled.
I was once asked, ``Can I eat sausages and bacon as they are without heating them?'', so I would like to explain a little bit about that this time. If you look at the package that comes with the product, you will probably see something that says ``heated meat product (packaged after heating)'' or ``heated meat product (heated after packaging)''. This means that the product is packaged after being heated, or that the product is heated after being packaged. Products with this kind of labeling have already been heat-treated, so they are safe to eat as is. With the exception of some products, Ark's ham, bacon, and sausage are heat-treated during the manufacturing process, so we think they are delicious as is. Why not try enjoying the same product without heating it, or try grilling, boiling, or other cooking methods to enjoy the differences in aroma and texture?
