Hello.
This is Konno from Tategamori Ark Farm.
It's still cold these days. Are you catching a cold these days?
Influenza is prevalent. Please be careful.
By the way, various flowers are starting to bloom here and there at Tategamori Ark Farm. Plum blossoms, flowers in full bloom, and daffodils
I don't know the name, but there are various kinds of flowers, such as small flowers.
And now that the snow is gone, the animals are running around energetically.
By the way, last time I blogged about (old egg soup), and this time I also talked about various ways to eat it, and received feedback from everyone.
I want to hear.
You can still sample it at the farm market.
"I bought it the other day," he said. When I asked her, “How did you enjoy it?” she said, “Pour hot water.”
"But I also made it into rice porridge."
I also tried boiling vermicelli and adding it to the soup instead of just adding hot water.
This way of eating was also good.
Then, I stir-fried spinach, komatsuna, etc. and seasoned it with egg soup...this was also good.
(*^_^*) If you make a slightly bigger and fluffier egg in this and mix it with spinach etc.
The color and taste are both good. (*^_^*)
But I realized that there are so many different ways to eat it.
It really makes me think about how we should eat the products we sell.
Is there another way to eat it like this? Please let me know when you come to the farm market.
Thank you.
Till's Restaurant will also open from March 19th.
From now on, all of our staff members will be looking forward to seeing you.
