This time we will introduce some rare vegetables currently used at Till's.
One is Swiss chard. It is used to add color to salads. I started growing it in a greenhouse this year. Unlike in open fields, they are not exposed to rain, so they are growing beautifully.
The other is kohlrabi. Some of you may have never heard of it, but it is a member of the cabbage family, and kohl means "cabbage" and rabbi means "turnip." This is also quite popular and can even be eaten raw, so if you're lining up at the store, pick it up!
