Introduction of pork recipe! [Ginger grill]

Today, I would like to introduce “Ginger grilled pork”.

■ Ingredients (for 2 people)
・Tategamori highland pork shoulder loin slice 300g
・New ginger (shredded) 1/2 cup
・4 bell peppers
・A little soft flour
・1 tablespoon of sesame oil

・2 tbsp soy sauce
・3 tablespoons of sake
・A little pepper

■ How to make
1. Peel the ginger root and cut into very thin strips along the grain.
2. Slice the pork, arrange half of it on a tray, and scatter half of it.
Do the same with the rest.
3. Mix <A>, pour over 2, and leave for about 15 minutes. Turn upside down on the way.
★Put the pork and ginger on top of each other so that the flavor really soaks in.
4. Cut the bell pepper in half lengthwise, remove the stem and seeds, cut into strips lengthwise and place on a plate.
5. Remove ginger and dipping sauce from 2 and set aside.
Wipe off the juice from the pork with kitchen paper and lightly sprinkle with cake flour.
6. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan.
7. Put the dipping sauce from step 5 into the frying pan from step 6 and boil down with residual heat.
Check the taste, add 2-3 tablespoons of sake, mix, and scrape off the umami of the pork on the frying pan.
Pour over the pork on the plate.
