We would like to introduce you to a pastry chef who carefully makes each sweet by hand.
He is a new person who joined our team this spring, and has been making sweets at a hotel in Tokyo for nine years.
The sweets he makes are modestly sweet and very gentle, and each of the 10 types has its own unique characteristics.
When all 10 types are placed on a plate, it looks like a jewelry box.
I was impressed when I saw it. It's a moving dish to eat.
