Hello everyone! !
This is Igari, who has been in the pig farming division for 5 years.
Today I would like to write about the Freshers Camp, an in-house training program that has been held since last year.
Freshers Camp is an in-house training program held every month for new employees. The president himself explains the company's philosophy and direction to new employees who do not yet have much understanding of the company. We listened to lecturers and had the opportunity to think about how we can grow as members of society, and we also divided into groups to have discussions and give presentations in front of everyone.
I was in my 4th year at the company last year, so I wasn't a fresher at all (lol)
I participated in the 1st Freshers Camp.
At first, it was very difficult to give a presentation in front of people, but as time went on, I realized what I wanted to talk about.
I was able to organize things and give presentations smoothly, which made me feel like I was growing.
The most important part of Freshers Camp is the social gathering after the camp. At every social gathering, I was able to have drinks with the president, so it was a great opportunity for me to talk about various things with him, and to express my opinions directly to the company's top management.
I will be participating as the secretariat for next year's Freshers Camp.
Accordingly, at the end of August, I went to Hokkaido to see another company's freshers camp.
As I have been doing Freshers Camps for many years, both the organizers and the participants were very impressed with the way they expressed their opinions, the way they gave presentations, and the way the camp progressed.
However, not all of Ark's freshers camps are bad, so while absorbing the good points of other companies,
I would like to develop the good points of Ark and create a freshers camp that suits Ark.
