This time, I would like to introduce the things we are careful about when raising old-fashioned eggs.
When raising chickens, food, water, ventilation, etc. are important, but there are other things that are also important.
That's the amount of sunlight a chicken receives each day.
In the chicken house where the chickens are raised, the chickens are kept in a way that allows them to receive sunlight for 16 hours a day.
If the weather is bad and there is not enough sunlight, they may become unwell and may not be able to lay eggs.
Therefore, we installed timer-type lighting in the chicken house as shown below.
It is designed to bathe in light to compensate for the lack of sunlight.
By doing this, we are regulating the rhythm of the chicken's life.
In this way, the chickens were exposed to sunlight and grew healthy.
They produce delicious old eggs.
