Thank you so much to all of you for your help this year.

On behalf of all of our employees, I would like to express our deepest gratitude.

Thank you very much. To our many customers, business partners, local communities, and the families of our employees.

Mr. I can see the faces of so many other people, and this past year has been supported by all of you.

As we approach the end of the year, I feel that it has been an even more important year for me than the previous ones.

I'm looking forward to next year.

Speaking a little bit about our employees, we have a lot of young employees, so we have a lot of momentum.

In addition to our daily work, we have six committees within the company, each of which is active. Please watch

I'm really happy to be able to feel everyone's enthusiasm for making next year a great year.

In addition, we have plans for a home-produced feed company that we have been developing for many years, and a Type A business that recently received NPO certification from the Mayor of Ichinoseki.

It was also the year in which we were able to solidify our footing.

Additionally, the National Herb Mit Festival in Ichinoseki is scheduled for June 24th and 25th.

Our farm will also be the main venue. This coincides with the lavender fields reaching their peak season, and the theme of our farm is

It will be called a ``healing purple space,'' and we plan to hold concerts and other events.

The landscape of the farm will also change dramatically in some areas. Living in harmony with nature takes time, but we are willing to take on various challenges.
