Hello, this is Konno from Tategamori Ark Ranch Farm Market.
It's bitterly cold every day. However, this year there is less snow and my commute is now
This is Tokoraku.
By the way, what kind of food are you cooking at home in this cold weather?
At my house, we always end up cooking something hot pot.
There's also a lot of shabu-shabu.
As for the vegetables, cut the Chinese cabbage into large pieces, cut the radish into long pieces with a peeler, and cut the carrot into pieces.
After all, I just peel it off with a peeler.
The meat for shabu-shabu is sliced pork belly and shoulder loin from Ark Farm.
I like the slightly fatty parts of both. The fat is sweet.
You can also add kelp to the pot to make the stock, but I sometimes use soy milk.
The slightly sweet tofu soup also eliminates the vegetables.
The dipping sauce is also sold at the farm market.
Ark original sesame sauce.
Also, I like Umajimura's Yuzuponzu soy sauce.
Vegetables are up to everyone's taste, but the other day I cut some New Year's rice cake into thin slices.
I took a little longer to eat it. I thought this would work too.
I thought I could do anything without having anything in particular decided.
At this time of year, Restaurant Till's is also serving shabu-shabu.
Ladies and gentlemen, let's warm up with our winter hot pot dishes with our families.
It's not just Ark Ranch, but I wonder if spring will come soon.
We look forward to meeting you.
