We grow a lot of pesticide-free vegetables in the fields of the farm department, but the potager is made more beautiful than the fields and is a ``showable garden field.''

Many vegetables are grown in the field, but Potager focuses on cute vegetables and herbs that are relatively easy to grow.
Pick them frequently and use them to make fresh salads or add them to dishes.
However, it is not only the vegetables that are growing, but the weeds as well, so weeding is also an important task.
This year, for the first time, we are cultivating the much-talked-about cilantro, which we harvest every day for salads on weekdays and buffets on weekends and holidays.
