Male deer's antlers begin to grow in early summer, fall off in early spring, and regrow each year.
With each new growth, an additional antler will be added.
When they first grow, they are still soft and covered with skin and fine hairs.
From around September, the horns gradually become hard, and the behavior of rubbing the horns against tree trunks becomes more common.
Rubbing removes the surface skin and polishes hard edges.
The male, with large and powerful horns, wins the fight in the group and reigns as the boss.
Now is the time to polish the corners.
Please come and see it.
