Hello everyone.
This time, I would like to talk about Shiobuta (tentative name), which is currently being prototyped.
Shiobuta is made from the top part of the Tategamori Plateau pig, which is pickled in salt from Iwate Prefecture and boiled.
Although it looks simple, it has a slight salt taste and the delicious flavor of highland pork, making it soft and easy to eat.
We've been having discussions since last year, and we've been making prototypes, including what kind of salt to use.
At the ham workshop, we are working hard to sell our products as Tategamori's signature product.
In addition to salt pork, we are developing new products every day, and are always trying new things.
Once it is decided to commercialize it, everyone should try it and see how delicious it is.
