It will be really difficult if your commute to work or school is affected.

Well, this time I would like to introduce you to pork buns.

Point 2: Use plenty of onions from the farm
Since we cannot grow only shiitake mushrooms, we use mushrooms grown in Iwate Prefecture.
Point 3: The flour used for the dough is 100% organic wheat grown on farms (Organic JAS)
It retains the flavor of wheat, making it ideal for bread dough.
As for the taste... Of course the inside is delicious, but when I ate it for the first time, my impression was that the dough was ``sweet, chewy, and fluffy.''
The pork buns I've eaten so far didn't have any taste in the dough, but the more you chew with your eyes closed, the more the aroma and taste of wheat spreads out.
Also, pay attention to the color of the fabric.
For example,light cream colorIs that what you call it? It's not pure white like the pork buns you often see.
This brings out the original characteristics of wheat.
This is an actual farming scene. Everyone on the farm is busy picking weeds.
Thanks to this diligent care, we were able to successfully harvest this flour.
