Hello.
This is Oka from the West Japan Office.

The weather has become nice.
For some reason, when the temperature reaches around 23 degrees, I feel like eating ice cream, but when the temperature exceeds 23 degrees,
Summer day nationwide.
I also spent the weekend of the 21st and 22nd wearing short sleeves.

It's the season when various flowers bloom and soothe your five senses.
At our house, we grow white dogwood, Japanese daisies, Japanese roses, lilacs, tulips, pansies, etc.
Blueberry flowers are also blooming.
When you look at the mountains, you can see the dark green of evergreen trees and the light green of young leaves of broad-leaved trees and deciduous coniferous trees creating a pattern.
It is a beautiful picture of nature.
The wisteria flowers are blooming, giving off an elegant fragrance, and the shade of the wisteria trellis provides a place to escape from the strong sun and feel the breeze.
It's a really good season.

Now is the cherry blossom viewing season in Iwate.
In addition to cherry blossom viewing, during Golden Week, there will be more opportunities for day camping and eating outside in parks and riverbeds.
Recently, BBQ has become more diverse, and in addition to grilling beef, pork, chicken, and vegetables, you can also make hamburger patties with ground meat.
Make your favorite hamburger on a charcoal grill, prepare cocotte to make ajillo, and enjoy wine instead of beer.
Some people enjoy a stylish outdoor meal. .
What I recommend is orthodox BBQ.
We recommend cutting a block of bacon into thick slices and enjoying it.
When you place a skewer of bacon on the grill, the inside surface of the bacon will start to sizzle and the fat will burst out, and as the surface begins to brown, it will give off a nice aroma. .
The fat falls on the charcoal and a flame rises. . Once you cut it up and eat it, it's delicious. . .

Please be careful of heat stroke.
Yesterday I walked about 40km. I was wearing sun protection, but the part that protruded from the long sleeves was clearly visible.
Skin color was divided into summer and winter.
I'm sure you all know that beer doesn't hydrate you, but when eating outdoors, be sure to take precautions against sunburn and heat stroke.
