Hello, I joined the sales department midway through this year.
I started working with machines, then studied trade, and then fulfilled my dream of entering the imported food industry.This time, I was aiming to work in industrial machinery, but by chance I ended up working as a corporate sales representative.
It's been a long time since I worked outside the office and my body is screaming.

The reason I decided to pursue a career in the food industry from the machinery industry was because I realized that when I was under severe stress, eating delicious food made me feel happy and my cheeks naturally relaxed. I wanted to introduce food and make people smile with the surprise of how delicious it tastes when they try it for the first time.
This time, I jumped into a completely unexpected world.When I tried grilling Tategamori Kogen pork belly to learn more about the product, I was surprised by the flavor of the meat and the sweet and refreshing taste of the fat. This is what made me want to share this deliciousness with you.
I've always been nervous about eating fatty meat because I don't like it, so I was surprised at how delicious it was for the first time, thinking, "Wow, this is delicious!"

I've made homemade pancetta with European pork, but even though the meat had some flavor, I was concerned about the smell, so I thought that if I made it with Tategamori Plateau pork, I'd be able to get the flavor without the smell. I look forward to the opportunity to get some good meat.

Up until now, I've always been told, ``Do whatever you want, and I'll take all the responsibility,'' and I've taken the same stance when teaching others.
There are many things I don't know about, such as raising pigs, raising chickens, and farming, but I want to accumulate them one by one and make them my own so that I can say the same thing someday when the time comes.

Lastly, the one I'm currently addicted to is ``Kese's old-fashioned egg topped with a fried egg.''
Thickly sliced kaese are grilled on both sides, topped with a half-boiled fried egg, and served with sweet mustard and spinach as a garnish.
When you break a soft-boiled egg and eat the runny yolk as a sauce, the salty taste of the käse and the mellow richness of the egg combine to make you feel melty and delicious!
Combine kese & mustard with spinach for a refreshing and delicious dish.
If you eat them alternately, you won't be able to stop eating them, and one person can eat one pack at a time in no time.

We will continue to work hard today to create an environment where Kese, old eggs, and Tategamori Kogen pork are always readily available!!

Iwate is very crowded during Golden Week.
You can see and experience things you don't usually get to see, such as free-range chickens collecting eggs, a pasture for piglets and mother pigs, a deer farm, a pony farm, and a sheep farm.
