It's been two years since I joined the company, and I recently went on my first employee training trip.
We traveled from Niigata to Fukushima on a one night, two day trip.
The first day was in Niigata.snow peakEnjoy camping at our headquarters.
During the company tour, I was able to hear about their passion and commitment.
I'm convinced that it's only natural that there are so many passionate fans.
There was a lot to learn from our company as well.
The headquarters of this outdoor manufacturer Snow Peak has a campsite on its premises.
We also have a wide range of rentals available, so you can enjoy it easily.
Also, the attention to detail in each item was so amazing that I wanted to get the entire item!
The location is on a small hill, so the view is good, and you can see the starry sky at night.
I was most looking forward to the evening BBQ, where I enjoyed Tategamori Kogen pork spare ribs.
The spare ribs are slowly grilled over charcoal and have a smoky flavor.
It tasted soft and juicy.
This is what BBQ is all about!
We also had sausages and bacon!
We also brought in vegetables and used pesticide-free vegetables from the farm.
The vegetables were sweet and delicious.
I was especially surprised by the sweetness of the cherry tomatoes.
I thought that even people who don't like tomatoes could enjoy it because of its fruit-like flavor.
The second day was in Fukushima.BRITOMARTVisit Mr.
It is a shopping mall, and we want to deliver authentic products made by artisans.
We have a wide selection of carefully selected items.

In September, they had a local buffet with 10 dishes from all over the country.
We handled a wide range of areas, from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south.
My favorite was Harako Meshi from Miyagi Prefecture.

It was a nice shop with lots of bottles lined up and you could enjoy the look.

The time went by so quickly, but that was the end of the company trip.
