This is Sasaki from Fujisawa Farm, Pig Farming Division.

I would like to look back on this year in my own way.

This year, many new employees joined the company and were assigned to the pig farming division.
Since the number of employees had no previous experience, senior employees started working before the new employees joined the company.
I was unsure of how to respond.
Immediately after joining the company, I was always working together without knowing who was right and who was left.
Now, I am being left alone more often, and I am realizing that I am growing as I am aware of various things.
I believe that our senior employees are also experiencing unprecedented growth and growing.

Personally, I was appointed as an in-house instructor for in-house training for new employees. For me
It was my first experience and it was a big event.
The theme was from joining the company to the present, so it was a good opportunity to look back on myself.
It was also a learning experience.

There are only a few more days left this year. Next year will be even more delicious than this year, and you can eat it safely and with confidence.
I would like to do my best to deliver pork.
