Happy New Year to all of you.
This is my fourth year with the company. My job involves stuffing the intestines of sausages using a machine called a stuffer.
Although I have a responsible job, I am not as good at it as the seniors I have worked with, and there are many areas where I am inexperienced.
This year, I will work hard to master the technique and surpass my seniors who have come before me.
I will improve my skills not only in stuffing the intestines, but also in meat separation and other tasks, so that I can do them faster than I can now, and I will make the skills of my seniors my own.
And we want our customers to enjoy our food.
