Starting this year, I have been appointed as the ``Deputy Farm Manager.'' One step up from last year! Did it!
However, if you think about it again, what exactly should a deputy farm manager do?
If you asked me to be the assistant to the farm manager, that would be correct, but I felt like that would lack specificity, so I was a little worried after the offer was made.

After much deliberation, I came to the conclusion that I should approach work in the field from a different perspective than before.
Of course, I have always tried to work hard, but I am also careful to approach my work from a different perspective than before.
It is quite difficult to resist the tendency to quickly judge a certain task as ``just do 〇〇'' and try thinking about it from a different perspective.

There are still many things that don't go well, but I will do my best to think from various perspectives as quickly and smoothly as possible!
