To be honest, I was surprised to hear that many of our customers sent us back.
We have been able to come this far thanks to the support of so many customers.
I really appreciate it and am very grateful.
We would like to create a better online shop based on customer feedback.
We conducted a survey this time.
Among them, in response to voices such as "Is it possible to make it easier to find products?"
We have made some modifications to the product search categories in the online shop.
It will be the part of the red frame.
It would be nice if we could make some improvements so that customers can quickly find the products they want.
We are still a small company, and we are unable to immediately give shape to all customer feedback.
There are not so many, but I would like to take shape step by step.
