I would like to introduce myself and explain why I joined this company.

I love to eat and have been interested in food since I was little.
Because... I was restricted to what I could eat due to allergies.
As a result, I was unable to eat school lunches, and even when I traveled, I couldn't eat. When I purchased food items in my daily life, I always had to check the ingredients before purchasing, so I was very careful about my meals. rice field.
Thanks to that, now when I shop, I can't help but turn over any product to look for ingredients and descriptions.

When I was having such a hard time, I searched for a place where my family could go out and serve meals that I could eat, and as a result, I came across Tategamori Ark Ranch. It was when I was 3 years old.
Since then, I have been visiting the ranch almost every year. It's a fun place where you can enjoy rich nature, different faces depending on the season, lots of animals, and delicious food...that's how I felt when I was little.

After that, when I went to college, I majored in nutrition. I had a vague idea that I wanted to work in the food industry in the future, or become a cook and open a restaurant.
One day, when I saw the news, I learned that "the problem of aging agriculture, lack of successors, and disappearance of producers". Then I felt a strong sense of danger. And you can cook and open a shop later, but it takes power to do farming! Start farming now! ! ! and suddenly changed direction.

After joining the company, I was surprised by the number of young people. I thought that very few people would choose farming at this age. I realized that the company's mission of "making agriculture an industry where many young people can work with dreams" has already begun. I want to be one of those people who can make that dream come true.

Currently, I belong to the pig farming department and take care of pigs every day.
At first, I was working with physical labor that I was not accustomed to, and my muscles were sore all over my body. I pick him up and talk to him many times a day. I am happy to have this job.

There are still many things I don't understand at work, but I will do my best to deliver delicious meat to our customers. When you come to the ranch, please take a slow walk and see the inside of the ranch. There should be many discoveries. There are many delicious dishes and sweets.
