nice to meet you! My name is Ayaka Watanabe and I joined the company this year.

I joined ARK after graduating from high school. I would like to take this opportunity to talk about why I joined the company.

I have always wanted to work in sales since middle school. It all started when I often went shopping with my grandmother after school. It all started when I saw supermarket workers smiling and interacting with customers, and I thought that someday I would be able to smile and interact with customers like these people.

Then I entered high school and started working part-time at a convenience store. To the regular customers, my smile is lovely. When I started working, I decided that I wanted to work in sales.

While I was in high school, I was looking for a job, and when I was looking at job postings, I found one that said ARC Co., Ltd., and I didn't know where it was located, but I was just curious about the sales position, so I decided to apply for the company. I toured the school and thought it was a great place, so I applied for the job exam. I didn't do well in both the written test and the interview, so I thought I had failed. However, I was surprised and happy when I received my acceptance letter from my high school homeroom teacher.

After joining the company, I spent three months training at the pig farming division, and since July I have been working at the farm market, mainly in charge of the cash register.

I've gotten used to my job, but there are still many things I don't understand and I've caused trouble to my seniors, but I want to continue to work with a smile and energy.
