It's already been 5 years since I joined the company.
This time, I would like to talk about two things that I especially keep in mind while serving customers!
The first thing is to be smiling.
When interacting with customers, it is impossible to make them smile if you are not smiling first.
I don't think it's possible.
Also, when I first joined the company, I was taught to treat customers as if I were an actress.
No matter how busy the shop is, no matter how frustrating or sad something happens,
This means always being conscious of smiling brightly in front of customers.
The second thing is to look around you carefully and think and act from the customer's perspective.
There are many things to do, but if it's a restaurant, check whether the buffet is running out of food, whether there are enough tableware, etc.
At a farm market, we take care not to keep customers waiting, such as replenishing products and handling cash registers.
I also try to think about how I would like to be treated if I were in the store as a customer rather than a staff member.
There are still things I'm trying to keep in mind, and I want to be able to show my juniors that I'm not embarrassed.
Above all, we want our customers to want to come back to Tategamori Ark Farm.
