First of all, we covered ourselves with an electrostatic net in the changing room,
Next, after putting on a hat, changing into work clothes and wearing a mask,
Check in the mirror to see if any hair is sticking out.
Then enter the air shower device.
An air shower is a device that removes dust from people and objects.
It has the effect of removing attached dust and is widely used in food factories, hospitals, etc.
 
After the air shower is finished, remove any electrostatic deposits that could not be removed by the air shower.
Remove with adhesive tape.
In addition to clothes, we also have adhesive tape for eyebrows and eyelashes to ensure that no foreign objects get mixed in.
I also have a mirror installed here so I can double check to see if there is any hair sticking out.
Next, I wash my hands.
Use a nail brush between your fingernails, wrists, and arches.
We are careful not to introduce dirt or bacteria.
Next, wipe your hands with a rolled towel, dry your hands with a hand dryer,
Dry completely to prevent moisture from adhering to doorknobs, etc.
After washing your hands, you put on an apron, and when you enter the work area, you step into the treadmill and disinfect your boots before entering the work area.
It is prohibited to enter the workshop wearing watches, necklaces, earrings, rings, etc.
I also shave my beard and arm hair while working.
 
We are working on hygiene management to ensure that we strictly adhere to these matters and provide safe and secure products to everyone.
