Hello everyone!
My name is Kohei Tani and I belong to Hanaizumi Farm in the Pig Farming Division!
This year, 12 new employees joined the company, and even in my third year with the company, I have many juniors.
Thanks to our fresh-faced juniors, the atmosphere within the company has become even more fresh.
While working with such juniors, I have noticed two things recently.
One is that my juniors have wonderful smiles.
I'm the kind of guy whose lips split when I raise the corner of my mouth even in the summer.
To be honest, I'm worried about how to make my expression more expressive.
I feel envious of my juniors who can naturally smile at me in a way that cheers me up.
I would like to provide guidance so that you can still have this smile five years from now.
The other issue is how to prevent injuries and accidents.
Pig farming involves some operations where even small mistakes can lead to major injuries and accidents.
I believe that minimizing the risk of accidents depends on the leadership ability of senior employees.
Therefore, I will try to find better guidance from the perspective of my juniors.
I will continue to grow with a higher ambition so that my junior colleagues can work safely and with a smile on their faces.
