Hello! This is Sasaki from the Tokyo sales office.
The days in Tokyo continue to be hot and humid.
How are you all doing?
Sasaki's way of dealing with summer fatigue is to have a "regular diet"!
When the hot days continue, we tend to end our meals with cold or light foods.
I also had a similar diet during my first year working in Tokyo.
I was gradually losing my appetite and was not feeling well...
At times like these, I had the opportunity to reconsider my own eating habits.
I was able to spend the summer in good health without suffering from any summer colds or fatigue.
Now, the term "regular eating habits" is vague, but...
3 points! It's that simple! !
① “Eat warm food” for three meals a day (to prevent internal organs from getting cold)
②Eat pork rich in vitamin B1 every day (prevents fatigue)
③Do not consume too much salt (prevents internal organ burden)
→ Increase immunity
I'm sure some people are doing it,
Some of you may be thinking, "Isn't it obvious?"
However, if you eat out a lot, it can be surprisingly difficult to consciously continue eating out.

There is a saying that ``medicine and food come from the same source.''
It has long been believed that a regular diet is important for living a healthy life.
That hasn't changed even now, even though science has developed.
This year is not just limited to summer fatigue,
In response to the coronavirus, which is a worldwide problem,
We will improve your immunity by reviewing your lifestyle habits, starting with food!
