hello everyone!
This is Toshida from the Agricultural Department.
I joined the company in 2014 and worked at Fujisawa Farm in the pig farming division.
After that, I took childcare leave for 2 years and joined the animal team of the agriculture and livestock department from this spring.
I am returning.
In the animal team, we are doing animal-related work, mainly taking care of grazing pigs in the tourist ranch.
This is my first department transfer, but the biggest difference I felt when I returned was working under the sun.
Some people may think that ⁈ is, but in the pig farming department, the place where mother pigs and piglets are cared for is indoors.
Therefore, even if I can feel the sun through the window because I basically work indoors, I rarely go outside.
On the other hand, the Agricultural Department is always outside work. I learned first-hand how working in the sun takes away my physical strength.
Since it was my first time back in 2 years, my stamina was low, so it was tough at first.
In addition, I work every day while feeling the joy of working at this company and the freshness and enjoyment of the completely different work content.
I am returning to work while raising children and changing departments, so the way I work is different from before.
Of course, I feel sorry for the many people around me who have helped me, but more than that, I am grateful for everyone's kindness.
Now, I would like to do what I can do diligently and learn as many jobs as possible.
If there is a woman on the ranch riding a light truck and feeding the animals with a fork while saying "Huh!" (There are also days for different people)
Thank you very much.
