My name is Hiroko Chiba and I have been assigned to Tategamori Ham Factory since June of this year.

It's been two months since I was assigned, and I'm starting to understand the work flow little by little.

In the morning I mainly do manufacturing, and in the afternoon I clean the equipment used in manufacturing.
During manufacturing, we use ``pole hanging''. Pole hooking is the process of hanging stuffed fish onto a pole.
However, I often end up falling behind because I am trying my best to catch up with my senior colleagues. Still, I'm trying my best.
In the afternoon, I clean the equipment, but since I work with food, I'm very careful about hygiene and make sure no dirt remains.
At this time of year, the temperature in the heating chamber is high and it's easy to get burnt out, so I'm doing my best to stay hydrated and stay hydrated.

In the future, I would like to learn more about technical aspects and make it my own so that I can be as active as my seniors.
