Hello everyone.
We held the Tategamori Pig Festival in September and the Tategamori Harvest Festival and Music Festival in October.
At that time, we also held a tonton derby, which was popular with everyone.
However, the previous method of having runners run all at once and aim for the finish line was problematic from the perspective of preventing the spread of the new coronavirus, so this time we changed to a different race format.
The method is a time trial format in which pigs and runners run separately and compete for the best time.
To be honest, I was very nervous about whether we would be able to manage the event well and whether the customers would be happy because this was our first time using a time trial format.
However, contrary to my fears, I was very happy to see the children cheering and the many happy customers at the Tonton Derby.
During this coronavirus pandemic, there are many things that will not work if we do things the same way as before. However, I was able to learn once again that even under such circumstances, if you put some effort into it, you can make your customers happy. It was such an event.
