On the upper left are leaf onions that are currently in the middle of harvesting. It is growing nicely.
On the top right are Shandon greens, red salad mustard greens, bok choy, and salad mustard greens.
In addition, various vegetables such as garland chrysanthemums, buds, lettuce, mizuna, etc. are growing rapidly!
In a little while, the farm's most popular vegetable, carrots, will be harvested. Everyone please look forward to it

Growth was slow in the winter due to the cold, but as the weather warms up, it grows quickly.
I was very surprised because I hadn't seen it for 2-3 days and the size was completely different (lol)

Summer vegetables such as peppers, eggplants, and zucchini are also growing rapidly in the seedling house.
