Restaurant Til's holds a cold shabu-shabu fair during the four consecutive holidays in July.
It's been hot every day, but it's recommended to eat cold and refreshing pork that's perfect for such a hot day.
Add salt to the hot water in the pot (the point is to make it a little thicker)

The presentation is colorful with plenty of farm vegetables that do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
